Emerald Level - Individual Coaching Package:
This is shorter term coaching for a specific project such as:
- getting you thoroughly prepared for an upcoming presentation
- getting your web site video scripted, shot and edited
- getting your book started
- overcoming mindsets that block you from succeeding
- launching you as a speaker
- helping you triple your earnings in your network marketing business
It's 6 sessions with Carla Rieger and involves a variety of tools customized to your needs such:
- receiving Choice Repatterning recordings that help you change your mindset at core levels
- breaking down your goals and timelining them
- prioritization
- access to resources such as templates, tools, people and services you may need
- feedback on your material, leadership style and delivery methods
- brainstorming and troubleshooting
- celebrating your achievements
- being accountable to Carla to complete goals
- creating simple videos for auditions, home page introductions or promotions
Benefits of Emerald Coaching with Carla:

The sessions generally run every two weeks for 3 months and are done on the phone or Skype for 45 minutes per session, or in person where appropriate. This schedule can be customized to your particular needs where possible if you have an upcoming presentation to get ready for. All sessions are totally confidential.
Diamond Level - Individual Coaching Package
This is a year-long coaching process whereby you have a coach-in-your-corner for all your upcoming presentations, to handle a transition into a new leadership role, to transition your team in a new direction or to get your book written start-to-finish.
It includes:
- 3 phone,Skype or in-person sessions per month
- in between session emails
- personalized Choice Repatterning recordings to anchor supportive habits to reach your goals
- access to resources such as templates, tools, people and services you may need
- feedback on your material and delivery
- brainstorming, troubleshooting and celebrating your achievements
- being accountable to complete important goals
GROUP COACHING

Carla is trained by the School of Coaching and Leadership International. She combines a diverse background in self hypnosis, NLP, Educational Kinesiology, and dozens of other modalities that she's studied over the last two decades. Over the past 15 years she has helped hundreds of individuals create a career path that is both meaningful and sustainable on all levels.
